Meet SINTEF Ocean, one of the key partners in FUEL-UP project!
SINTEF Ocean is specialised in ocean technology and marine-related research with one of its key areas of focus to develop new and innovative fuels for the shipping industry, to reduce greenhouse emissions and increase fuel efficiency. SINTEF Ocean conducts rigorous testing and evaluation of new fuels under real-world conditions and works closely with industry partners to bring these fuels to the market.
In FUEL-UP project SINTEF Ocean will be testing the properties and the environmental performance of biofuels to see how they act, in comparison also to existing fuels.
